IN PRACTICE
As Co-Founder of HolidayMaker, I have led the design and implementation of the product delivery. Specifically, as a start-up I developed the approach to transitioning between a “side” project into a stand-alone product business.
Re-scoping stages projects in terms of objectives and timelines and then ensuring that the delivery strategy moved from milestone to version and functionality release has enabled the business to successfully launch its product into the holiday parks and hospitality market.
Within 24 months of launch the business has twelve business clients (accounting for 50 park locations), employed staff, created licence and recurring monthly revenue and its app has been download over 155k times.
I have also led our two initial SEIS fundraising rounds during a period of significant change within the investment market.
