IN PRACTICE
Digital marketing analysis platform Bosco were seeing significant disengagement across their platform when users started interrogating deeper into their data. By researching user needs and behaviour and working with a UX/UI designer who is member of my trusted network, we developed simpler user journeys and enhanced interfaces for the product from onboarding through to report downloading.
Customer feedback and retention improved significantly new clients were gained within 3 months of implementing our solutions.
