IN PRACTICE
Gungho Marketing, the leading Regulatory Technology lead generation agency, wanted to increase their service portfolio into the market. By working with the business and their customers to understand need, I led the design, creation, implementation and launch of a new Email Marketing service. This included software selection, team creation, service design, contract development, process creation, sales and onboarding.
In the first 12 months of launch the service generated £250k in turnover, with profit margin of 50%.
