People Matter, Okina and Resiliance

People Matter want to share and offering they have put together based on what some of their current clients have been asking for in light of the recent Coronavirus outbreak. There has been a lot of questions raised to them about how they can offer support to help with unexpected remote working changes, dealing with uncertainty and building resilience. It's a very strange time at the moment and everyone is trying to work out exactly what it means for them - the same goes for People Matter too.

People Matter have a product called Okina that helps people to better measure and manage their day-to-day mental wellness and provides tailored advice to their specific needs and they are offering a 6 week free trial of Okina with a supported programme of engagements:

· Free roll out of Okina across one region (e.g. UK) for 6 weeks 

· Company-wide 'building resilience' wellbeing training & engagement sessions - delivered virtually to different populations (leaders, managers, team members)
